REFUNDS/RETURNS
All sales are final. That is, unless there are issues on our part (e.g., we shipped you out the wrong color/size or the product is damaged). In that case, you will be provided with a refund or reshipment.
We cannot refund or edit your order after the item has already passed through the printing stage (this is typically a few hours after the order has been placed).
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Regretfully, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once orders leave our location, the package is in the care of the postal handler. The customer is required to submit a claim directly with the courier and follow their guidelines. Please monitor the tracking number with the post office for updates.
